Frequently Asked Questions

I have not received my parcel and I think it is missing, what happens now?
Please email online@forcast.com.au. If enough time has lapsed and your parcel has not yet arrived, you will be asked to contact Australia Post who may well be holding your parcel.

I tried to track my parcel but the tracking number is not working, why is this?
Please wait at least 12-24 hours before attempting to track your parcel. If 24 hours have passed and your search is still not displaying any events, please contact Australia Post

I just placed an order, when will you be sending this out to me?
Once an order is placed, we aim to have them dispatched as soon as possible. We usually dispatch orders on the same or next business day. However, please note orders may take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped during sale period.

I forgot to enter my promo code. Am I still eligible for the discount?
Unfortunately, once you have confirmed your order, we cannot make any amendments to the invoice. Therefore, we are unable to apply a discount to an existing order. You are more than welcome to cancel your order if it is still 'processing'.

I want to wear my garment this weekend, can you guarantee my order will be here before then?
We strive to have orders dispatched as soon as possible, however, depending on you location and sale periods, we can not guarantee that your order will be delivered before the weekend. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days*.

I received my order and one of my items is the wrong size, can I send it back for an exchange?
Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges online and you will need to post it back to us. Once received, we can issue a credit note for the item which will allow you to repurchase the correct size. Alternatively, you can take your garment to your nearest Foracst store to process an exchange.

I need to send my garment back for a credit note and/or refund, will Forcast refund me my postage fee?
The postage costs for return are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you are returning an item due to faulty, the postage will be reimbursed as long as a receipt of the postage cost has been attached to your return parcel. Please note that all returns are assessed by our team before a refund or credit note can be approved.

I purchased a Forcast garment at one of your stockists, can I return it to an actual Forcast Store?
Unfortunately, you cannot return items purchased from our stockists to a Forcast Store. If you require an exchange or are seeking a refund, this needs to be dealt with the stockist whom you purchased the garment from.

What happens if I place an order and the item I want is sold out?
This is a rare incident but may occur when there are a simultaneous number of orders on one item. If this does occur, Forcast will notify you and issue a refund. Once a refund is processed, a confirmation receipt will be mailed to your email address.

I purchased a garment but it does not match the measurements on the sizing guide, why is this?
The measurements on the sizing guide are a guide of a body of that size. If you purchase a fitted dress in your size, it will almost certainly be of the measurements on the chart. If you purchase a loose fitting dress or skirt for example, it will not be of the measurements on the chart. Remember, the measurements on the chart are of your body measurements and vary according to the fit or style of the garment.

What if the item I am looking for is not shown on your website?
If an item is not available on the website, then we no longer have it in stock on the Online Store. However, you may contact our retail stores to check the availability of the item. Click here to see our locations to find your nearest store.

Are my Credit Card details and Personal Information secured?
Forcast values the customers and visitors who navigates through to our website and therefore respects the concern you have about the privacy of your personal information and data security. What are my payment options?
We accept Visa and MasterCard payments, Paypal, AfterPay, ZipPay and Amex (American Express).

Forcast Gift Cards
Forcast Gift Cards are to be treated like cash; lost or stolen Cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Please be advised that giftcards are not valid for online purchases and not redeemable for cash. Forcast will not be held responsible for lost or stolen Forcast Gift Cards. Gift cards must be redeemed before the expiry date shown, this will be void and will not be extended after expiry.
