STORE RETURN POLICY


Please choose carefully as we do not provide a refund if you simple change your mind or make a wrong decision. However, we will gladly exchange or issue a Credit Note for your purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: All items that are E-Outlet are final and are unable to be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund.

A refund will only apply if the item:
    •    Has a major problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
    •    Is significantly different from the sample or description
    •    Do not do what they are intended for


Refund is issued if all the above cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time.

To obtain an Exchange or Credit Note, you must meet the following return policy conditions:
    1.    Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt
    2.    For hygiene purposes, there is strictly no exchange on accessories (includes sunglasses, jewellery, scarves, bags)
    3.    No exchange on soiled, worn or damaged items
    4.    Item(s) must be returned in their original condition with swing tag/s attached
    5.    The receipt must be provided as proof of purchase
    6.    Sale items are final. There are no exchange or credit note issued for sale items
    7.    No exchanges on samples and second items
    8.    No exchange/refund on faulty marked items – sold in known conditions
    9.    Items purchased at Forcast Outlet Stores can only be exchanged within Forcast Outlet Stores
    10.    Credit Note cannot be used on our Online Store

The above return policy is not intended to limit your statutory rights. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding.



CREDIT NOTE POLICY
    1.    Credit Note is valid for six (6) months from date of issue
    2.    If Credit Note is lost, it cannot be replaced or reprinted
    3.    Credit note cannot be redeemed for cash
    4.    Credit Note can be redeemed at all Forcast Stores
