Once you have made your order, we strive to have your items processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. When your item have been processed and shipped, an email notification will be sent to the email you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add online@forcast.com.au to your safe sender list.

We are happy to offer free standard shipping to all Australian orders over $30! Delivery times for standard shipping usually within 3-5 days.

All orders will have a tracking number, and will require a signature on delivery to ensure that you securely receive your items in great condition. If no one is available to sign off the parcel, then Australia Post will leave a card for you to pick up your parcel at the nominated Australia Post branch.

This service is only available in Sydney Metro areas from 9.30am – 3:00pm Monday – Friday. Please allow 1 hr for the order to be processed. Please ensure that you are present at your nominated delivery address for the FULL 4 hr duration after you have placed your order.

Your tracking number will be provided with your email notification, and can be tracked on http://auspost.com.au/track/ . Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be active.

We happily ship orders worldwide using Registered Australia Post only. All international shipping comes with insurance, tracking number and signature upon delivery to ensure that you securely receive your items in great condition.

Our prices are inclusive of GST, which is a tax only applicable for Australian purchases. This tax will be removed from the price of the product once it is placed in your shopping Cart.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Australia Post requires us to state the value of your order directly on your package for customs purposes. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasion, agents may delay delivery of some packages.

All prices listed on our site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and charged in AUD. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. By placing an order at Forcast, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return back to Forcast. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
