I have not received my parcel and I think it is missing, what happens now?
Please email online@forcast.com.au to let us know if this has occurred. If enough time has lapsed and your parcel has not yet arrived, you will be asked to contact your Local Post Office who may well be holding your parcel and awaiting your pick-up.

I tried to track my parcel but the tracking number is not working, why is this?
Please wait at least 24 hours before attempting to track your parcel. If 24 hours have passed and your search is still not displaying any events, feel free to email online@forcast.com.au and we will conduct a search through Australia Post Services.

I just placed an order, when will you be sending this out to me?
Once you have placed an order, we strive to get it shipped asap! Generally, if your order is placed after 9:30am it will be processed the following business day. E.g. – Today is Monday and I am placing an order at 3pm, this order will be processed and shipped on Tuesday morning. However, please note orders may take up to 48 hours to be processed and shipped.

I want to wear my garment this weekend; can you guarantee my order will be here before then?
When in doubt, select the Express Post option. Especially when ordering on or during a public holiday. For an additional $5.00 you are guaranteed next business day delivery. For more information visit, www.auspost.com.au/expresspost

I need to send my garment back for an exchange, will Forcast refund me my postage fee?
If you wish to return the garment, you will bear the costs involved in shipping back to our Sydney Head Office. However, when your Exchange has been processed, we will be happy to ship back your new garments free of charge.

I just placed an order, when will I receive it?
Within NSW –
Within metropolitan areas of capital cities or city town - 1 - 2 Days
Within a metropolitan area or country locations – 1 - 4 Days
Other States -
Parcel travelling to Melbourne 2 Days
Parcel travelling to Brisbane 2 Days
Parcel travelling to Adelaide 3 Days
Other capital cities - 4 - 5 Days
Other interstate locations - Please ask at your local post office or call 13POST (137678)

Purchased a Forcast garment at one of your stockists, can I return it to an actual Forcast Store?
Unfortunately you cannot return items purchased from our stockists to a Forcast Store. If you require an exchange or are seeking a refund, this needs to be dealt with the stockist whom you purchased the garment from.

What happens if I place an order and the item I want is sold out?
This is a rare incident but may occur when there are a simultaneous number of orders on one item. If this does occur, Forcast will notify you and refund your money. Once a refund is processed, a confirmation receipt will be mailed to your email address.

I purchased a garment but it does not match the measurements on the sizing guide, why is this?
The measurements on the sizing guide are a guide of a body of that size. If you purchase a fitted dress in your size, it will almost certainly be of the measurements on the chart. If you purchase a loose fitting dress or skirt for example, it will not be of the measurements on the chart. Remember, the measurements on the chart are of your body measurements and vary according to the fit or style of the garment.

What if the item I am looking for is not shown on your website?
If an item is not available on the website, then we no longer have it in stock on the Online Store. However, you may contact our retail stores to check the availability of the item. Click here to see our locations to find your nearest store.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa and MasterCard payments only via CamTech (our Online Payment Gateway). We do not accept Amex (American Express) or Diners Club.
