Tracking Order
Tracking number will be provided with your email notification confirming your order. Once your order has been shipped, you can check the status of your order at any time by simply entering your tracking number in Australia Post’s website: http://auspost.com.au/track/ and click "Search".
   
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be active.
CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately, as we process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes.
ADD ITEMS TO AN ORDER YOU JUST PLACED
If an order has not been shipped, we are more than happy to add items to an existing order. Please contact us immediately on which items you would like to add, so we can make sure it is shipped without extra shipping charges.
   
If an order has already been shipped, then unfortunately we cannot add items to your existing orders. A new order for these additional items would need to be placed.
