RETURN POLICY

All items go through a rigorous quality control process before and after the manufacturing. They are further subjected to quality inspections before any item is posted out. Please note colours may vary in different monitors. All care is taken when packing the item.

Please choose carefully, Forcast does not refund if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong decision. However, we will gladly exchange purchases provided the following conditions:

§    Exchange within 14 days of purchase.
§    No exchange on sale items.
§    No exchange on accessories.
§    No exchange on soiled, worn or damaged items.
§    Hosiery cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons.
§    Goods must be in their original condition with swing ticket/s attached.
§    Receipt must be presented for exchange or refund. (The receipt posted out with the items purchased is the only valid receipt to process any exchange or refunds).

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and is the customer’s responsibility when sending the item/s to Forcast online store. However, Forcast wants you to love your purchase and if you change your mind or need a size exchange and believe you have meet our return conditions, we offer our online customers the privilege of free postage and handling costs for re-posting of any exchanges within Australia only. If you are a New Zealand customer, please enclose a postage paid, self-addressed satchel for us to replace your new item/s.


We highly recommend that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure safe return to Forcast. If you choose not to undertake our recommendation you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during delivery.

INSTORE
Provided that you have met our return conditions above, you may return your purchase/s to any Forcast Store along with the original receipt (sent with the parcel).

ONLINE STORE
Provided that you have met our return conditions above, please send your purchase/s back to online store with the original receipt. Download the returns form here. You will receive an email notification once we have received your parcel. Exchanges will be processed within 1-2 business days however, subject to size availability we may need to order it from another store which may extend delivery to 7-10 business days.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM/S?

Forcast apologises in advance if this has occurred. You can choose between an exchange or refund where the goods are faulty (faulty goods must be sent to supplier for inspection), have been wrongly described, are different form a sample shown to you, or do not do what they are intended for.  Please download the returns from here and post it back with the original receipt and your purchase/s. The assessment department will assess your faulty claim/s and be in contact shortly after. Please contact us on online@forcast.com.au if you require further assistance.
