As we are still adjusting to post-quarantine life, we are slowly opening up stores again, but please be reassured that strict hygienic practices are still being enforced in-store. Please see our trading hours page for more information on what to expect in store, as well as what we expect from our customers.

We would also like to take the opportunity to remind our Forcast family of our no-return policy concerning jewellery, hair accessories, adhesive bras/body care items, and hosiery for hygiene purposes.

Our online 30 days returns period now includes in-store purchases.
Please note that our returns policy is changing with the current climate. Customers with in-store purchases (from 17th March onwards) looking to return or exchange in-store, can do so within 30 days of their nearest store opening. See our FAQ page for more information.

We're still offering free express shipping on all our AU orders over $50 + free express shipping on all international orders over $100.
For those that would like to continue shopping from the comforts of home - we're still offering free express shipping for all Australian orders, with a reduced minimum spend of $50. International orders over $100 will also receive free express shipping. This will automatically apply at checkout - no need to enter a code!

Australia Post is experiencing some shipping delays as a result of the COVID-19 impact. We are also currently receiving and processing a high volume of orders. We have since increased the size of our team in response, and are processing your orders as quickly & safely as possible.
