The wellbeing of our Forcast community is our number one priority, so we have introduced a range of necessary in-store measures to ensure the ongoing health and safely of you – our loyal customers and our passionate team members.



Retail Stores

In line with the new COVID-19 government restrictions, some Forcast retail stores in NSW Greater Sydney will be closed temporarily from 27th June 2021 and all our WA, QLD stores will be closed from 29th June 2021 until further notice. We will continue to keep you updated on any further developments

All other Forcast stores remain open and our store hours have not been impacted – this may change based on the official advice that we receive. Please check our store locator to check trading hour information of your nearest Forcast store. Our team members are supported with clear health and hygiene protocols. All payment methods will still be accepted.

We remain committed to offering our customers the best possible shopping experience we can during this time and our stylists are delighted to welcome a friendly face into our stores and hope that we in turn can also bring a little joy to your day whilst you are navigating these unprecedent times.


Social Distancing

To comply with social distancing regulations, we ask all customers and team members to remain 1.5m apart at all times throughout the store and fitting rooms. Store capacity will be limited to achieve social distancing.


Store Hygiene

Please use the complimentary hand sanitiser at the entrance, on counters and when entering and exiting the fitting rooms. We have increased cleaning in high touch areas with a focus on counters, handrails and fitting rooms.


Supporting Our Teams

We’re ensuring all team members are given regular paid breaks to wash their hands and will not come to work if they feel unwell, have recently travelled overseas or have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.


In-Store Returns

We understand that you may be concerned about your returns period coming to an end during this time. Don't worry, we are here for you - Our returns period will be extended 14 days from the day of stores reopening to come in to process your return. If you need to get in touch with our team in regards to your returns, our team will be available at



We understand that some of you may not be venturing out as much at the moment, so we are offering Free AU Shipping on every order over $50, plus don’t forget we also have Same Day Delivery for Sydney Metro areas. Our online team is working around the clock to ensure you receive your order in time.

We have also introduced ‘contact free’ delivery. All Australia Post signed for delivery parcels will be ‘Authority to Leave’ in an effort to minimise social interactions. Please refer to Australia Post for the most up to date information in your area.
