All of our international orders are shipped via DHL Postal Express and will be delivered within 5 - 14 Business days*.

Taxes and Duties on International Orders:

As per the Australian Export Regulation, businesses are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable. In addition, it is prohibited by law to identify an order as gift for export purposes. You may need to pay customs or import duties for your order, once it reaches your destination country. Any customs and duties taxes which may be incurred are not the responsibility of FORCAST as these charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.  For more information, please contact your local Customer Office. note that orders placed during sale periods may take an extra 2 business days to process.



ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

Forcast offers returns within 30 days from receiving your order when purchased online.


Full Price, Promotional Price & Faulty Items:

If the items you have purchased are either full price, promotional price or deemed faulty, you will be entitled for the following:

1. Full Refund (This can only be processed within our Online Department NOT In Store)
2. Credit Note (This can be issued at both our Online Department or In Store)
3. Exchange (This can only be processed In Store NOT within our Online Department)


Permanent Sale Items:

If the items you have purchased are of a permanent sale price, you will be entitled for the following:

1. Credit Note (This can be processed at both our Online Department or In Store)
2. Exchange (This can only be processed In Store NOT within our Online Department)

* If the customer wishes to exchange for an item that is of lesser value than the item they are returning, the customer will receive a partial credit along with the exchange*

In order for your return to be successfully processed, we will be assessing the following:

- Items were purchased from Forcast Online and NOT purchased in store
- Goods must be returned within 30 days from when you receive the order
- Invoice and returns form is filled out appropriately and returned along with your items
- Item has not been worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer and is returned in original condition

If the above conditions are met, your return will be processed within 3-14 business days after receiving the return. An email will be sent to notify you once the return has been processed and the transaction has been completed.



RETURN POSTAGE

All return parcels are not included in the order cost. If you wish to return an order this will need to be paid for by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly received. 

Parcel Point:

We have recently teamed up with ParcelPoint which allows our customers a more convenient way of sending back a return.

ParcelPoint offers our customers with a trackable return service with over 1300 locations open 7 days a week until late or a pickup by courier for your convenience. The postage cost is between $6.95 and $9.95 depending on location, being the cheapest return option.

If you have received an incorrect or a faulty item and you are wishing to return it to our online department, please email us at help@forcast.com.au with your order number and we will be happy to process a free return via ParcelPoint if the item is deemed faulty.
