If it's not right, we'll make it easy. Return your purchases within 14 days if purchased in-store, and 30 days if purchased online. 

Forcast offers refunds via our returns partner, Refundid.

Refunds are available on full-priced items, while permanent sale items are eligible for an exchange in-store or store credit in the form of a Forcast gift card.

RETURN POLICY

 

All returns must meet the following conditions before it can be accepted:

  • Returned within 14 days of purchase (in-store). or 30 days from date of order date (online).  Valid proof of purchase. This can be an online invoice OR in-store receipt.

  • Original condition. The garment must be unworn, unwashed with all tags attached. Items must be free from stains, makeup, perfume or body odour.
  • Proof of purchase. Provide an online order confirmation, invoice or in-store receipt upon return. 

  • For online orders: Return request has been lodged. All returns must be submitted through our returns portal before being posted or returned in-store. Returns received without a request on file cannot be processed.

We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Your return will be processed based on the following:

  • Full-price items include items on temporary promotion/purchased with a discount. These items are eligible for a refund to your original payment method, exchange (in-store), or a store credit
  • Permanent sale items are items with a red price tag online, and a discounted sticker in-store. These sale items are only eligible for store credit, or exchange (in-store) unless the item is deemed faulty.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and hair accessories are not eligible for a return. 

Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges online. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend visiting your nearest store for an exchange or, placing a new order and returning your original purchase for a refund or gift card according to our Return Policy.

If you are exchanging in-store, please call ahead to confirm the item is available in the store you are visiting. Visit our store locator for specific store phone numbers.

To return your items for a refund, please follow the above procedures. Please note, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.


RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER

 

Return an online order by post

  1. Confirm your items meet the Return Policy.
  2. Lodge your return request via our returns portal, powered by Refundid. Use your order number and email address used to create the order.
  3. Select the items you would like to return.
  4. Choose to 'Receive a return label' or 'Ship with your own return label'.
    • For NSW stores, you may choose to drop it off to any of our stores free of charge. You will need to select 'Receive a return label', and then select 'Drop off in-store'.
    • Alternatively, you can purchase an Australia Post returns label at a flat $13.45, which will be deducted from your refund amount automatically. 
  5. Choose your preferred refund option. Forcast online refunds are powered by Refundid and enable you to a:
    • Standard refund (eligible full-price and promotional-price items)
    • Return to gift card (all permanent sale items are eligibly only for store credit)
    • Instant refunds (available for full price and promotional-price items only. Refundid will instantly refund your bank account)
  6. Click 'Lodge your return.' Now that your return request is submitted, download your Australia Post returns label and drop your parcel off at your nearest Australia Post box. The return will need to be sent back to Forcast HQ within 7 days of starting your return request
  7. Once received, your refund or store credit will be approved and processed within 7 business days upon receiving your return at the Forcast HQ.

Return an online order at a Forcast store

You can return your online purchase to any of our Forcast stores for a refund or exchange. 

  1. Confirm your items meet the Return Policy.
  2. Bring your item and proof of purchase (order confirmation email, or invoice) to any Forcast store.
  3. If you paid by credit card, bring the card used for the original purchase. If you are exchanging in-store, please call ahead to confirm the item is available in the store you are visiting. Visit our store locator for specific store phone numbers.
  4. Full-price and promotional-price items are eligible for a refund to your original payment method, an exchange, or a Forcast gift card.
  5. Permanent sale items are eligible for an exchange or returned to a Forcast gift card only.

Paid by Afterpay, ZipPay, or PayPal?

Orders paid in full or partially with Afterpay, ZipPay or PayPal cannot be returned in-store and must be forwarded to Forcast’s HQ for processing. All NSW stores are free drop-off points for online orders paid via Afterpay, ZipPay or Paypal. You must make a return request via our returns portal to be eligible for this drop-off. 

  1. Confirm your items meet the Return Policy.
  2. Lodge your return request via our returns portal, powered by Refundid.
  3. Select the items you would like to return. 
  4. Choose 'Receive a return label', and select 'Drop off in-store'. 
  5. Proceed to drop off at your preferred store location within 7 days of lodging your request.

Once received back at our HQ, your refund will be provided to your original payment method for
full-price and promotional-price items. Permanent sale items will be returned as a digital Forcast gift card only.


INSTANT REFUNDS VIA REFUNDID

 

Receive an instant refund via Refundid

Eligible Australian online orders can receive an instant refund directly into your bank account - no waiting for your return to arrive first.

How it works

  1. Start your return request via our returns portal. Enter your order number and email address to start your request.
  2. Select the items you'd like to return.
  3. Log in or create a Refundid account. Provide your BSB and account number. Your refund is paid instantly into your nominated bank account.
  4. Download your returns label. You have 7 days to post your items back. If items are not received within 7 days, Refundid will reverse the refund.

Refundid eligibility

  1. Available on full-price and promotional-price items only.
  2. Not available on permanent sale items, gift cards, or international orders.
  3. Instant refunds through Refundid are free. There are no fees, or subscriptions.

What about Afterpay or ZipPay?

BNPL orders are eligible for Refundid. Your instant refund will be paid into your nominated bank account, which you can use to repay your outstanding balance on your BNPL account.


RETURN AN IN-STORE PURCHASE

 

In-store purchases can only be returned in store

  1. In-store purchases can only be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Confirm your items meet the other criteria on the Return Policy.
  3. Bring your item and original receipt to any Forcast store. See here for all our store locations
  4. Full-price and promotional-price items are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method, an exchange, or a Forcast gift card. Permanent sale items are eligible for an exchange or return to a Forcast gift card only.

In-store purchases cannot be returned by post or processed through our online department.


FAULTY ITEMS

 

Received something that isn't right?

We're sorry to hear that and want to make it right.

Please lodge your return through our returns portal and select 'Faulty item' as your reason. Please include photos of the fault - this speeds up assessment significantly.

We assess faulty items within 7 business days of receiving them at our Forcast HQ. If the fault is confirmed, we'll cover your return postage and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please keep your postage receipt.

For items that developed a fault after wear, please contact us at online@forcast.com.au with your order number, item name, and photos before lodging.
